Description
You must destroy the HOL's PVD Drake in the alloted time.

Storyline: 0.5 Stars
Nothing really original here. You go in, attack, and then you leave. Spelling errors and grammer errors prevail in both the Brefing and Debriefing.

Balance: 0.5 Stars
The loadout is horrible. You have 5 Athenas, 5 Apollos, 5 Medusas, and 5 Valkyries available. Unfortunatly, you also only have 5 eache primary and secondary weapon available. If you want to go with something besides the default, you're pretty much up the creek without a paddle.
The initial fighters will chew up your wing fairly quickly, but only one of the 3 waves of fighters is set to respawn, so once Beta wing respawns (yes, respawns), it's a cakewalk.

Design: 0.5 Stars
The Design is as bad as the balance. Only 3 events to trigger the 3 messages and Alpha starts without an initial orders. Beta Wing can come in waves and it seems nearly impossible to complete the Secondary Objective. (Because one wing is set up to come out of the Drake's fighter bay, which is pretty hard to do when the ship is gone)
Also, even though the breifing says that the engines will be up and running on the Typhon in 4-6 minutes, there is no event that repairs the engine.

Gameplay: 1.5 Stars
Despite the glaring design, balance, and story issues, this mission is a little fun to play. Maybe it's just because I'm partial to bombing missions. However, it can't compete with newer designs from authors like Leto II. I wouldn't find myself going back to this mission after I'm done though.

Other Thoughts:
Hmm, there's no recommendations either.

Bottom Line: A mission that seems a little too rushed. A story, better loadouts, more enemies, and more events would make this one MUCH better.
Highs: Sorta good first time through.
Lows: No Story, No Balance, No Replay Value.
